{The Present Cake}

I'm siked for how this cake turned out. The client needed a cake for a holiday party & who would not love a cute two tier cake that was a Christmas present? The cake is vanilla bean white cake with a cooked raspberry drizzle and then iced with a cream cheese and coconut icing. VERY rich but soooo delish! The entire cake was done in fondant. Normally I would do the bow in gum paste because it sets up allot faster but I had bought a batch that was as hard as a rock and could not use it at all.

Everyone went crazy in the office when I arrived with it. Needless to say it came out very cute and I was given the nicest thank you from the client after!! I love when that happens.
